The estimated salary range for this position is $63,281.00 to $75,937.00 annually. The end date is estimated to be May 2025.

Responsibilities Include: (Please summarize the 4-8 main responsibilities/accountabilities of the position. List responsibilities in the order of importance and time spent.)

Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine accounting functions. Compiles and analyzes financial information, which includes preparation and entry of journal entries to general ledger accounts. Performs activities in compliance with the Company's accounting policies, procedures, standards and internal controls.

Tests core systems and performs system maintenance (including G/L, Core, A/P, F/A, Investments).

Performs cash management, settling daily cash positions (transfer funds to appropriate accounts, invest overnight funds, and borrow funds if necessary).

Performs general ledger account reconciliations (prepares and reviews reconciliations by other departments). Responsibilities include timely and accurate proof and control for balance sheet ledgers assigned to respective functions. Communicates variances promptly to management.

Identifies operational issues and reports them to management. Oversees resolution. Responsible for documenting processes and writing procedures.

Performs ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior(s), Assistant Controller, Controller, VP Accounting and Finance, and Chief Financial Officer. Participate and lead department and corporate projects.
