LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings. Currently, LINC is seeking Inventory Analyst candidates for our Mesa, AZ operation.

This operation utilizes multiple warehouse management systems to maintain inventory for more than 30,000 unique part numbers while facilitating on-time delivery across two shifts, supporting production requirements for a major Aerospace manufacturer. We manage and operate a warehouse which encompasses; Sequencing and Kitting services for shipments to an Aerospace production line.


The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • 1-3 years experience in a warehousing, distribution or LTL environment
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, ability to multitask
  • A competitive and career oriented mindset


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Analysis and resolution of customer reported defects
  • Management of inventory and material flow
  • Monitoring daily productivity, SOP compliance and KPI performance
  • Interacting with the customer on a daily basis and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
  • Act as a liaison between the company and customers forming and maintaining positive relationships
  • Investigate (and correct) any quality related issues
  • Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor
