Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at Right Way Medical. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within the company. This includes developing and implementing quality policies and procedures, conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The Quality Assurance Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and drive continuous process improvement. They will provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders regarding quality management and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
