Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Group Fitness Instructor at Beat Parkinson's Today. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for facilitating fitness classes for individuals with Parkinson's disease. You will lead engaging and inclusive workout sessions to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role is located in Branford, CT, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA)
• Experience leading fitness classes or personal training sessions
• Knowledge of exercises and modifications suitable for individuals with Parkinson's disease
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping individuals improve their physical fitness and quality of life
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
