MRI Tech Part Time Evenings Summary
****Up to $5000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility ****
Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, as requested by a licensed physician.
Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care.
Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
Other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Produces high quality images in a safe and efficient manner.
- Completes required exams.
- Sends studies to reading station for radiologist review, completes all associated documentation.
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
Preferred: Associates degree or Bachelor's degree
Experience
Preferred: 1-3 years
Certifications
Required: ARRT ( R ) and documentation of MRI training and experience; must obtain MRI Registry within one year of hire; BLS; state license if required
