Accounting Manager

Here is what you would do in the Accounting Manager role:

• Plan and manage workflows, scheduling, and training of staff and senior accountants in the accounting department
• Regular review/analysis of GAAP and OCBOA financial statement compilations and preparations
• Assist staff with compiling and preparation of financial statements
• Assemble various technical accounting policies and procedures
• Stay current on various client accounting software platforms and assist staff
• Continually learn and become a subject matter expert in your area(s) of interest

Here are the qualifications you should bring to the table:

• CPA designation required
• 5-9 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar public accounting firm position preferred
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage engagements, prioritize engagements, and supervise/motivate staff
• Proven financial, analytical, technical and interpersonal skills
