Role Description: Candidates will work with Supply Chain and Customer Service to achieve Operational goals and improve processes.
Essential Duties:
Supply Chain:
- Item maintenance in NAV
- Creating an item master
- Capturing data such as accurate lead time, accurate transit times and cost
- SOP/SLA creation and editing
Customer Service:
- Customer maintenance in NAV
- File reorganization
- Commercial Invoicing
- Product listing cleanup and reorganization to optimize processing times

- Exposure to Supply Chain and Customer Service Operations in the Chemical Manufacturing industry

Requirements:
- Background in Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Development. General knowledge of Chemistry a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work independently with little supervision
- Organized, attentive to detail, and mindful of deadlines
- Able to collaborate with a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Authorized to work in the United States (without visa sponsorship)
Educational Qualifications: College student entering Sophomore year and above preferred. Prior experience either in academic setting or summer internship.
