Role Description: Candidates will work with Supply Chain and Customer Service to achieve Operational goals and improve processes.

Essential Duties:

Supply Chain:

• Item maintenance in NAV
• Creating an item master
• Capturing data such as accurate lead time, accurate transit times and cost
• SOP/SLA creation and editing

Customer Service:

• Customer maintenance in NAV
• File reorganization
• Commercial Invoicing
• Product listing cleanup and reorganization to optimize processing times

Requirements:

• Background in Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Development. General knowledge of Chemistry a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Work independently with little supervision
• Organized, attentive to detail, and mindful of deadlines
• Able to collaborate with a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Authorized to work in the United States (without visa sponsorship)

Educational Qualifications: College student entering Sophomore year and above preferred. Prior experience either in academic setting or summer internship.
