Job Description

As a VIP Associate for Tipico Sportsbook, you will contribute to and execute Tipico’s VIP engagement strategies, understanding the needs of our players, developing relationships with them in order to foster long-term loyalty to Tipico. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-value players and ensuring their VIP experience exceeds their expectations. You will work closely with the Director of VIP Player Development and cross-functional teams to deliver personalized support, rewards, and exclusive offers to enhance player loyalty and satisfaction.  

You will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences (live events including dinners, games, concerts, etc) to our VIP players. Your dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships will play a crucial role in fostering VIP player loyalty and satisfaction. Often this will require the VIP Associate to be responsive to the VIP and the Tipico organization outside of traditional business hours.  

VIP Player Management:  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, acting as their main point of contact for any inquiries, requests, or concerns.  
  • Provide personalized assistance to VIP players, including resolving deposit and withdrawal issues, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.  
  • Proactively engage with VIP players to deliver personalized experiences and nurture their loyalty.  

VIP Rewards and Benefits:  

  • Administer and manage a VIP rewards and benefits program, ensuring VIP players receive their entitlements in a timely and accurate manner.  
  • Communicate and explain VIP rewards, bonuses, and promotional offers to VIP players, ensuring they are aware of the benefits available to them.  
  • Collaborate with the VIP Lead and CRM team to develop tailored promotions and incentives for VIP players.  

Player Retention and Engagement:  

  • Monitor VIP player activity, behavior, and engagement to identify potential churn risks and take proactive measures to retain VIP players.  
  • Analyze VIP player preferences and playing habits to offer personalized recommendations, bonuses, and promotions to enhance their gaming experience.  
  • Maintain regular communication with VIP players to keep them informed about upcoming events, exclusive tournaments, and other VIP privileges. 

VIP Data Analysis and Reporting:  

  • Utilize CRM tools and data analysis software to track and analyze VIP player data, including player value, activity, and preferences.  
  • Generate reports and provide insights on VIP player behavior, revenue contribution, and engagement levels.  
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize VIP player management strategies and enhance the VIP player experience.  

VIP Events and Experiences:  

  • Assist in planning and organizing exclusive events, tournaments, and experiences for VIP players.  
  • Coordinate logistics, guest arrangements, and any necessary support to ensure the success of VIP events.  
  • Attend VIP events and provide on-site support to VIP players, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment.  

Compliance and Responsible Gaming:  

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines in VIP player interactions and rewards.  
  • Stay updated on responsible gaming practices and effectively communicate them to VIP players.  
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure VIP player management practices are compliant with industry regulations.  
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a preferred focus in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar concentration   
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with the ability to obtain and maintain the required State Gaming Licenses   
  • Sportsbook VIP Management experience is a must. 
  • Experience working in an online, gaming, or fast-moving industry required 
  • 2-6 years in a service or client management role, with experience in cross-selling/upselling   
  • Experience talking to customers on the phone
