Role: Front of House Team Member/Roamer

Location: NE Tallahassee, FL

Pay Rate: $12.00 + tip share

Join our GROWING team as a Fast Casual Tavern as a Roamer--- Bussers / Food Runners (we call that a Roamer). Roamers are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Roamers are responsible for promptly delivering and removing food and beverage items, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting servers and bartenders. Roamers report directly to the General Manager.

Requirements:

• • Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
  • Upbeat Energy and Enthusiasm and a Positive Attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team
  • Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time and to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations
  • Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
  • Flexible availability, including day time, weekends and/or evenings.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Dedication to exceptional guest experiences and team growth.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS & WEEKENDS
