Hospitality Aide

Franklin HealthCare is currently seeking Hospitality Aides to help our Direct Care partners! A hospitality aide is vital to help ensure our residents are happy and assist our partners with caring for the most vulnerable members of our society.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Passing water, linens, and meal trays
• Organizing equipment and changing batteries on lifts
• Helping with other minor tasks around the halls
• Accompanying residents on transportations
• Answering call lights
• Answering the phone
• Other tasks assigned by designated staff
• Talking with residents and getting to know them

Qualifications:

• Show a desire to learn and help other
• Be compassionate, hardworking, and empathetic
• Must be flexible, be a team player, and have a positive attitude.
