GRAY LINE NIAGARA FALLS/BUFFALO is a growing, fast-based, team-oriented sightseeing tour and transportation company for both the U.S. and Canadian sides.

We are looking to fill multiple Seasonal FULL-TIME & PART-TIME positions in the Operations Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Facilitate efficient operations through coordinating vehicle schedules alongside the Dispatch Supervisor & Operations Managers.
  • Computer data entry as required across all operational platforms.
  • Communicate to drivers & tour guides regarding their schedule, equipment assignments, and customer needs.
  • Monitor sightseeing tour inventory and coordinate any changes with Ops team as needed.
  • Serve as communication link between the reservations team and operational staff.
  • Prepare job information packets for drivers & step-on guides.
  • Review job reports for completion and file accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot issues which may arise due to driver and/or equipment changes, customer needs, and other planned & unplanned events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office Suite Excellent phone capabilities, while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organized & able to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Flexibility with your schedule (Weekends, holidays, days, nights, on-call)
