Our Fond du Lac client is looking to add a direct hire 2nd Shift Caregiver to their team!

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Shift: Flexible; Willing to work with candidates to determine a schedule that will work for both parties.

This position can be either full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule. It does require the employee to be in the resident's home performing the duties listed below.

Job Duties:

• Supervision of residents
• Assist with adaptive equipment for residents as needed
• Daily documentation in resident's chart
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, etc. as needed
• Drive wheelchair accessible vehicles on occasion
• Home maintenance (meal prep, laundry, housekeeping)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 18 years and older
• Valid driver's license, in good standing
• Ability to lift/move 25 lbs. without assistance

Benefits package is offered to full-time employees. Pay rate is $15/hr.

Teach the necessary skills to achieve the highest level of independent living, carry out structure programming, may provide mobility support to residents which includes lifting or walking. Assist participates with grooming, bathing, toileting and dressing as needed.
