This position requires that the candidate have a working knowledge of MS office, attention to detail and proof reading/spelling of assigned tasks. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills a must since this roll will be the primary for those calling the office and a pleasant voice on the other end will be expected. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task will be needed. Candidate needs to be comfortable with online technology. The position is 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with hours 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is a half hour non-paid lunch. The position is in the corporate office of a commercial cleaning company located in Dublin, Ohio where you will assist the regional manager. English as a first language is must and bi-lingual a plus. Hourly rate range $17-$20hr.
We have an alcohol, and drug free working environment policy for all positions and a background check will be run. Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
o Answer and direct calls
o Ability to be discrete
o Schedule Interviews
o Filing/document copying, updates
o Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, etc.
o Ener background checks in system for potential team members
o Learn and navigate Chronotek our time keeping software
o Update and maintain application information
o Order supplies/uniforms
o Schedule laundry pickup/delivery
o Report creation and updating
o Assist owner in special projects
o Office upkeep
