Customer Service Representative | Texas (Various Locations) | $17-19/hr
Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our client in various locations across Texas! Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and assistance
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process enhancements and providing feedback to the team
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset
