Job Title: RCM Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid; 2 to 3 days per week in office.


We are seeking a highly skilled RCM Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare sector. As a RCM Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for spearheading cross-functional projects leveraging advanced data modeling and analysis techniques with the Business Intelligence department to drive strategic decision-making and identify optimization opportunities within Revenue Cycle Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and monitor standard reporting packages and KPIs to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Perform data cleansing and manipulation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with the Director of RCM and individual RCM departments to analyze and improve revenue processes.
  • Creates informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify patterns and trends within data to support problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Presents and explains information in an accessible way to RCM team members and Physician Partners.
  • Collaborate with the AVP of Business Development to evaluate external business opportunities, including through development of revenue projections.
  • Ensures compliance with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of responsibility.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare sector
  • Anesthesia revenue cycle management is strongly encouraged.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, complemented by expertise in tools like Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hybrid position requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the office
