Shipping / Receiving Clerk

Cardinal Equipment Services remanufactures beverage dispensing equipment to include soda fountains, valves, bar guns, coffee brewers, and backroom equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assure orders and shipping quantities match loading documents through careful audit of documents.
• Prepare documents for common carriers, UPS and FedEx.
• Receiving products that are on pallets, containers, and small packages.
• Entering inbound products into computer system.
• Packaging of finished equipment to be shipped.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies.
• Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of the Supervisors.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up of goods.
• Prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

For this role, you will need:

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• SAP experience
• Above average attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
• Ability to assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
