Bloomsburg Sales Associate

**Job Summary: **
Provide daily sales support and exceptional customer service via in-person and phone interactions.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: **
- Maintain customer relationships and handle key accounts.
- Assist customers and contractors with information and materials.
- Answer incoming phone calls, handle pricing inquiries, and process orders.
- Coordinate with specialists to address customer inquiries promptly.
- Ensure displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Prepare orders for shipments, transfers, and pick-ups.
- Keep the branch clean, organized, and professional.
- Collaborate with vendors to update catalogs and provide literature to customers.
- Adapt to changes and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications: **
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of electrical industry sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Extensive product knowledge of electrical parts.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle confidential information discreetly.

**Physical Requirements: **
- Position involves 90% standing and walking.
- 30% of time is spent lifting and carrying 10-50 pounds.
- Works in a sales/warehouse environment.
