Addiction Services Supervisor

Position: Clinical Supervisor (CADC II or CADCII)

Department: Outpatient Addiction Services

Salary Range: $64,147.20- $78,520 (annual). We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements: requires a CADC II or CADC III. Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college preferred. Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Summary: CCMH is a non-profit organization made up of a team of caring individuals who are committed to an empathic approach to providing person centered and strength-based treatment in Columbia County. CCMH is seeking an Addictions Clinical Supervisor, to join a leadership team comprised of the Clinical Director and Peer Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible to provide individual supervision and facilitate group supervision as needed.
