Job Description

The Auberge Resorts internship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the world of luxury hospitality. As a 10-12 week training and development program, you will have the opportunity to begin your career the same way that many of our Auberge leaders began their hospitality journey. 

The program consists of work experience and professional development opportunities that are intended to prepare you for postgraduate opportunities. 

Role Specific Information 

  • Food and Beverage | Restaurant, Pool or IRD Intern
    • Work alongside culinary and service teams to understand the operations of our fine dining restaurants and banquet services. 
    • Assist in menu planning, event coordination, and maintaining high service standards.
    • Support day-to-day restaurant activities, including table set-up, reservations, and guest services.
    • Interact with guests, gather feedback, and assist in addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
    • Learn to anticipate and exceed guest expectations in a luxury dining environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or culinary program or recent graduate.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
