Preferred experience 1 year manufacturing experience.

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Madison. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask.

Requirements of Production Operators:

• Able to meet all physical requirements of the position including standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 50# occasionally.

• Able to read and interpret instructions and manuals as needed.

• Excellent attendance.

• Able to successfully complete training in a timely manner.

• Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities include:

• Run machines to successfully complete client orders.

• Process and maintain all documentation required for production purposes.

• Assist with all aspects of the production process.

• Check the quality of completed items to ensure they match client standards.

• Work with other team members as necessary in a positive and professional manner.
