HVAC Commerical Start up Technician

Specializing in both residential and commercial projects, we're now seeking a Commercial Start-Up Technician to lead the charge in launching HVAC systems within our expanding portfolio of commercial projects. As a Commercial Start-Up Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of HVAC systems in new commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that systems are installed to meet our high standards and that they operate at peak efficiency, providing reliable service to our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial start-up and commissioning of HVAC systems in new commercial constructions.
• Verify that installations comply with all applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to identify and resolve any technical issues.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all start-up procedures, adjustments, and testing results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, including operational training and system walkthroughs

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory Licenses: Active 06A Electrical Card (not a trainee card), Spokane County Gas Mech 1 license, and an Idaho Apprentice card.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on start-up and commissioning.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC designs, systems, and building codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
