Regular starting rate of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Plus an additional $2.00 per hour COVID premium pay incentive (funded separately from Network180 therefore paid out separately.)

Now Hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in realizing their full potential and becoming valued and participating members of their communities.

The work DSPs do is complex and goes well beyond caregiving. DSPs work in our licensed residential group homes and in family or individual homes. Their work is determined by the unique needs and preferences of the individuals they support and they are held to high ethical and professional standards.

DSPs work on teaching independent living skills, self-care skills, and assisting with household tasks. DSPs work with individuals and assist with daily personal tasks, including bathing and dressing. They help with appointments, help to organize a schedule, and provide transportation. They help to shop for groceries and preparing meals that meet the specific individuals’ dietary needs. DSPs encourage engagement in social networks and community activities.

No direct care experience is necessary! We provide extensive DSP training that covers the essential knowledge, ethical principles and practices, and skills necessary to provide direct support to individuals with I/DD. The individuals we serve receive person-centered and self-directed high quality long term supports and services. All staff receive paid professional training through our agency and Network180 (including CPR/FA certification.)

Now Hiring DSPs for our Lake Gerald Home located in Sparta MI, around the Pine Island and Fonger area. This program is a 6 Bed Co-ed Medical AFC home.
