NRGUSA is looking to hire immediately an entry level HR Coordinator to join the team of a busy and efficient Manufacturing Firm. Great work atmosphere!

The HR Coordinator will assist with scheduling interviews, acting as the POC for recruitment/staffing agencies for non-exempt employees, general HR administrative duties, and handling any problems or questions. The position also has an active role in ensuring all human resource functions are complying with local, state and federal regulations.

Job Summary:

Other duties include:
  • Consulting with the HR Business partner and identifying employment needs/investigations
  • Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and education
  • Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants and Produce job descriptions based on current roles within the organization
  • Informing applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits and duties
  • Manage recruitment process by posting positions, identifying and interviewing candidates and executing onboarding, orientation, and benefits processes.
  • Hiring or referring qualified applicants for the employer
  • Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
  • Keeping process paperwork and employment records
  • Admin skills such as: answering phones, directing calls to appropriate parties
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications, Competencies and Skills:
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Admin experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Meeting, and other business software and internet/web browsers like Google Chrome and Edge
