Do you enjoy working in a support role where you come into the office, but get to leave the office behind at the end of the day?

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our professional office environment. This role is essential in supporting our dynamic team, and we are looking for someone who can thrive in a quiet and semi-independent work setting, while also being personable and efficient in their interactions.

Common Tasks:

  • Answer phones and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Foster an easygoing and organized office environment conducive to focused work.
  • Organize local events (meals, meetings, off-site activities) and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate with administrative team for company-wide events, distributions, initiatives, etc.
  • Maintain shared areas like conference room, kitchen, and open workspaces to ensure tidiness.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring everything is readily available.
  • Prepare for and clean up after company events and client meetings.
  • Perform minor technical troubleshooting, escalating issues and monitoring resolution.



Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) year direct customer service experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Other Skills/Abilities

  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.


Physical Requirements

  • Work predominantly in an office environment.
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing for extended periods.
  • See, hear, and communicate with others in varying conditions using various methods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Lift or move up to 50 lbs.
