Allstate (The Ritz Agency) is a well-established insurance agency in OCALA, Florida, as our Receptionist/Office Director. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and providing a positive and inviting work environment.


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our agency, greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and organizing documents.


We are looking for a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization. As our Receptionist/Office Director, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our office and contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.

Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members.

Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.

Maintaining an organized filing system for important documents and records.

Assisting the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.


Requirements

Prior experience as a receptionist or in an office management role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
