About the position:

Choose Your Expertise as a Dynamic Tutor:
- AP English Literature and Compensation
Compensation Range:
$30-35 per hour
Preference working time: (EST)
- 6:00 am ~ 9:00 am;
- 7:00 pm ~ 10:00 pm;
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area; Masters or Ph.D./EdD is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject area, with high school teaching experience considered advantageous.
- Availability for a minimum of 2 days per week is required (Group classes cannot be rescheduled).
- Cooperative demeanor with staff, a passion for teaching, and a flexible schedule for evenings and weekends.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct small group sessions (2-6 students).
- Implement meticulously crafted lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of each student.
- Thoroughly prepare class materials in advance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
- Assess and grade students' in-class performance, providing constructive feedback to facilitate academic progress.
