Room Sales Coordinator

The Holiday Inn of East Windsor is seeking sales professionals to join our award-winning team as Room Sales Coordinator. If you’re a passionate people person who never misses a beat, we want to hear from you.

How to Succeed:

· Bring energy, enthusiasm, and laser-sharp focus to every client interaction, from solicitation and first contact to checkout and follow-up

· Demonstrate exemplary communication skills – written, over the phone, and in-person – and a fast, effective response rate with both social and corporate clients

· Be super organized and computer-savvy

· Step up to the challenge of going out on sales calls and pitching to new clients

· Juggle a wide range of demands in a fast-paced environment

· Pitch in and help co-workers to support the team

· Go the extra mile to make clients feel welcome, informed, and cared for

· At least 1 year of sales experience, cold-calling a plus

· Familiar with the hospitality industry

· Prior hotel experience A ++

· Willing to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings and weekends

· *Experience with Opera and/or Delphi is a plus*
