Job Description
Sugar And Scribe in La Jolla, CA is looking for one expeditor to join our 51 person strong team. We are located on 7660 Fay Ave Suite I. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Tuesday Thursday Saturday Sunday 7-2:45pm

Responsibilities
- Ensure all food orders have been properly prepared
- Finalize presentation of food as needed
- Deliver orders to maintain constant service
- Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an expeditor
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
