Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare providers who provide home-based nursing care. We provide specialized 1:1 care in client's homes to former DOE Hanford Workers. The right candidate will have experience in the administration and documentation of home-based care, including patient assessment, planning, implementation, observation and intervention. We require a nurse with a flexible work schedule and an understanding of different shifts. Hanford Home Health continues to grow and accept new clients and this ad is updated to our new needs weekly. Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Provide adjunct patient care
  • Monitor food intake
  • Monitor vital signs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Washington State
  • Valid AHA BLS Card
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heaving objects
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Valid car insurance
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Compassionate, respectful, ethical
  • Clean background check
  • Pass drug screen
  • Washington State Food Worker's Card
