This growing boutique firm offers contract, contingency perm, retained and engaged searches. Main verticals are Supply Chain, ENG, Logistics, Manufacturing, Scientific, Sales & Marketing and HR. Looking to add a Director of Recruitment and Sales to their team This person will bring in and build new accounts and guide others on the team towards their collective goals. Business is driven by clients, not territory. At least 5 years of any professional staffing sales niche will be considered. Experience in PERM FOCUS a MUST. Health and dental benefits offered. Our client is based in PA, but candidate can be located in the Tri-state or surrounding area.
