Requirements:
- WV/Compact License
- 2 years ICU experience
- AllScripts/McKesson Charting System experience
- ACLS
- BLS
ICU
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Nights, weekdays, EOW, float, holidays
Experience required: 2 years of ICU exp.
Licensure: Compact state Will consider candidates with pending license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Shift:
Floating required as needed
Patient Ratio: 2:1 or 3:1
Charting System Experience: AllScripts/McKesson
Weekend/On Call Requirements: As needed, likely every-other
Floating Requirements: As needed (Med Surg or CDU)
First Time Traveler (Y/N): Yes
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
COVID: Possible
Additional Notes: No Block Scheduling Requests

Travelers MUST provide a signed doctor’s note from their physician AND complete Davis’s medical exemption request form.
Davis is NOT considering religious exemption requests.
