Responsibilities – Service Technician / Dispatcher:  

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and other general repairs
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair estimates to customers
• Dispatch technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of required parts for repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Technician / Dispatcher:  

• Automotive Service Dispatcher and/or Technician experience is required 
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team 
• Organized and friendly personality with good shop personnel skills 
• Demonstrated ability to manage others 
• Time management skills 
• High school or equivalent
