We are booming with business and need to hire full-time BDC Service Appointment Setters to work in our fast-paced Business Development/Call Center to help our service department customers and improve customer retention. You will answer inbound calls and internet requests, schedule service appointments, and follow up with customers after service has been completed to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities - BDC Service Appointment Setter:

• Answer incoming calls and internet requests for the service department
• Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability
• Schedule service appointments and reschedule missed appointments
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, recalls, surveys, etc.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure a satisfied experience
• Provide a positive impression of the dealership to customers at all times
  
  

Qualifications - BDC Service Appointment Setter:

• Auto BDC, call center experience is preferred with good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Must be friendly and like talking on the phone
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen
