Staffmark is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team for a direct hire opportunity in Springdale, AR.


Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience


We currently have openings for the first shift.


The Sales Account Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs, fostering long-term partnerships with clients through proactive communication and support, managing client records including contract updates and renewals, collaborating with sales and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans, and ensure KPIs are met, and deepening understanding of our product and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.


Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor account status to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in team meetings to review progress and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identify new business opportunities based on customer strategies
  • Prepare progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain pricing and contract terms in alignment with customer agreements


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or sales engineering preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and diligence skills
  • Understanding of global supply chain preferred
  • Experience with multinational industry customers preferred
  • Travel required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrated commitment to self-development and goal achievement
