Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a respected school district in Crawfordsville, IN. This exciting opportunity involves working with an elementary school caseload for the current school year. As a full-time, onsite professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential speech and language services to support the academic and personal development of elementary school students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in elementary school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
