Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the accounts payable and receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests, verifying accuracy, approvals, and account coding in accordance with company policies.
Manage accounts receivable, including generating invoices, posting payments, and managing collection activities.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
