PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of operational efficiency, providing indispensable support across various departments and directly assisting the President. Your key duties will include:

  • Managing correspondence, calls, and scheduling to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and databases, upholding the organization's commitment to accuracy.
  • Generating weekly reports for accounting purposes, encompassing aging and journal entries.
  • Engaging in collaborative efforts with teams and spearheading special projects to drive organizational excellence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience in professional communication, fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
