Claw Arcade Attendant - Part-time

Here at claw and fun we are having a brand new grand opening! We are so excited and looking for age group of young adults 16+ to bring enthusiasm and charismatic energy to our new company, have outstanding customer experience, know how to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, and be a reliable/energetic team member to join us! 

Duties and responsibilities: 

-Maintaining professional and good energy for our customers at all times!

-Bring fun energy for the families and kids that come!

-Making sure the environment is clean at all times and having integrity to always do the right thing when any issues occur!

-Understanding the prices of the memberships for tokens & how they work to properly explain them to the customers! *training will be provided on memberships *

-Always pertaining to the customers needs and being responsible for side work of cleaning the bathroom on every shift you attend!

-Reliable transportation!!!!!

-Follow all company safety and security policies! Report any accidents or incidents. Ability to properly communicate to manager if any issues occur with attending your shifts ahead of time! 

-Perform any other reasonable job duties as requested by manager/supervisor! 

Schedule: 

Monday-Sunday Evening/Afternoon

+Holidays!

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Background check
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: taking inventory
• Retail skills: restocking
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: holidays
• Available to work: late at night
• Available to work: on call
• Available to work: weekends
