Oracle Financial Services Analytics Application (OFSAA) Technical Lead

Location is Remote (Must be based in USA) - Full Time - No Agency submittals accepted.

Summary
  • BSA with strong data mapping, OFSAA, configuration and functional regulatory knowledge of both US and Canadian OSFI experience
  • Senior Developers with all areas of the OFSAA stack full end to end from data ingestion to regulatory reporting
Responsibilities
  • Lead OFSAA development team.
  • Plan, implement, and deliver proposed Solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are achieved on time
  • Ensure high code quality by guiding team members, conduct code reviews, and promote standard methodologies.
  • Identify and address technical challenges during project execution.
  • Communicate project plan with team members, product owners, and engineering managers.
  • Collaborate among team members to ensure smooth development cycles.
  • Must have an implementation Experience on below OFSAA modules OFSAA Financial Solution Data Foundation, OFSAA Capital Adequacy Pack OFSAA Data Integration Hub OFSAA Data Governance Pack and OFSAA GL Recon
  • Advanced OFSAA platform knowledge (FSDF) with coding experience; especially in OFSAAI 8.0.6 .x or similar (at least 3 years in OFSAAI)
  • Experience in OFSAA architecture and metadata management framework (Hierarchies, datasets).
  • Experience in OFSAAI performance enhancement work. Scalability/performance tuning experience with large databases. Parallel execution of queries and optimization
  • Experience developing or reviewing credit risk (including Counterparty credit risk) risk rating and measurements systems, economic capital, stress testing with commercial banks or financial institutions in the context of broader regulatory reforms such as Basel III
  • Knowledge of credit risk reporting and economic capital, regulatory reporting related to credit risk portfolios and supporting the process
  • Experience with Oracle 19c, SQL, PL/SQL, OFSAA metadata management framework, data modeling, and leading OFSAA data model using Erwin
  • Experience with OFSAA data management tools - T2T, file extracts, data quality framework, run-rule, and process modeling framework.
  • Experience with building data entry forms, Excel uploads, run-Rule framework, Data Quality, and FSDF architecture
  • Knowledge of Data Modelling using Erwin tool, Data Migration Activities and Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) Component
  • Experience in managing requirements gathering, business/gap analysis, solution design and documentation for OFSAA projects.
  • Strong in Data Warehouse Principles, ETL/Data Flow tools
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of relevant and hands on experience
  • Strong data mapping, OFSAA, configuration and functional regulatory knowledge of both US and Canadian OSFI experience
  • OFSAA stack full end to end from data ingestion to regulatory reporting
  • BASEL/Large Exposure experience with OFSAA
  • Regulatory Functional knowledge of both US and Canadian OSFI experience
  • Must have an implementation Experience on below OFSAA modules OFSAA Financial Solution Data Foundation, OFSAA Capital Adequacy Pack, OFSAA Data Integration Hub OFSAA Data Governance Pack and OFSAA GL Recon
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
