As a caregiver at By Your Side, you will build relationships and improve the quality of life of seniors by providing quality care. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life by assisting them perform their simple daily tasks, meal prep, medication reminders, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions and housekeeping. Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring happiness and joy into the lives of the clients you work with and help them feel encouraged, safe, and involved.  In turn you will receive the rewarding feeling of helping others.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 

2-3 Hour Shifts $18-$20/HR*

4+ Hours $16-$18/HR*

Overnights $110-$150/Night*

Live In $180-$225/Day*

*Pay rates above are an average market rate range for the area based on a market analysis. The rate varies from one client to another and may fall below or above the market rate range.

Where: Lancaster and York Counties

Shifts available for days, evenings, weekends, overnights and live-in.  Short shifts of 2-3 hours and longer shifts of 4-12 hours.
