Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Duties:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to provided specifications
  • Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required standards
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Use SolidWorks software for programming CNC machines
  • Assemble finished parts as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

  • Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including milling machines
  • Strong knowledge of programming and operating logic controllers, such as Fanuc
  • Experience with CAM programming software
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine tools and equipment
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, to ensure accurate dimensions
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
