These are DIRECT HIRE opportunities meaning you will not work as a contractor for any amount of time. You will join the customer as an internal employee from day one.
Pay and Shift Information:
- All positions work a 1st shift schedule
- $25.27 - $37.50 per hour depending on position, experience level, and shift

What’s a typical day in an industrial Maintenance role? You’ll be:
- Troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable
- Working on various equipment including, but not limited to, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, spindle, gear head, hydrostatic systems, CNCs, ball screws, ways, dynamometers, fluid systems transmissions, conveyors, gantry’s, PLC, HMI, Servo and variable-frequency drives, automation, robotic controls, AC motoring dynamometers, inverters, transformers, etc.
- Assisting site Electrician to learn and develop electrical skills in a manufacturing environment under direct guidance
- Performing supervised work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring, and testing instruments
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Possess 7 years of experience working in a relevant Trade field
- Have successfully completed an approved 4-year, 8000 hours on-the-job training apprenticeship program with the related course of study, plus 1 year working in the pertinent Trade Field
- Have a 2-year Technical Degree in a related field (Machine Repair, Electrical or Tool Design, Mechatronics, Electrical Constructions and Maintenance, Automation Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology), plus 3 years of experience working in the field of this particular Skilled Trade
- Have experience with equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis and are proficient in troubleshooting, electrical repairs, and maintenance of equipment
- Have knowledge and understanding of the NEC and IEC (National Electrical Code and Industrial Electrical Code) along with training, authorization, and certification in 70E
