Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. Here at Patriot Auto Sales, you will be working with a motivated team in a family-type environment. We specialize in selling used vehicles at competitive prices. With our knowledgeable staff, we attract customers from the Wyoming area and surrounding states. Duties & Responsibilities:
 
•       Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
•       Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information.
•       Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles’ features.
•       Assist customers in the completion of all appropriate vehicle sales paperwork.
•       Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any issues to management.
•       Disclose customer paperwork in a compliant and ethical manner.
•       Present all available vehicle accessories to customer.
•       Attends all scheduled sales training and meetings. 
•       Assist in marketing vehicle inventory on all social media outlets.
•       Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed.
•       Move and stage vehicles on the lot daily.
 
 
Minimum Qualifications:
 
•       Sales experience preferred.
•       Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
•       Ability to work holidays and Saturdays. 
•       High School Diploma or GED 
•       Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday 
•       Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections. 
•       Quality customer service skills 
•       Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone 
•       Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process. 
•       Proficient in basic business math including percentages. 
•       Competitive, team oriented, modest yet confident, does the right thing, and committed. 
•       Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
