We are looking for a seasoned Director of Operations with dental experience, an eye for talent, contagious optimism, a gift for bringing out the best in others, and the ability to facilitate communication and mediate conflict.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Connect, Measure, and Coach team members
Drive the key performance indicators of all team members
Conduct and document regular one-on-one meetings.
Plan, prepare, and train in monthly team meetings
Compile, evaluate and analyze reports to make operational decisions
Recruit, Hire, onboard, coach and develop people
Operationalize and systematize the core values of the organization. 
Manage benefits utilization, accounts payable
 
Required Qualifications
High Emotional Intelligence to direct multiple personalities and balance policy with principles
Data-driven and experienced in MS Excel 
Proficient in MS Office Suite (including PowerPoint)
Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to oversee multiple projects and activities simultaneously
Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality with team members and patients.
Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards
Excel in forward thinking in order to anticipate the needs of the office. I.e. proactive vs reactive
Able to pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
Master communicator with both written and verbal methods
Organized and high attention to detail
Able to wear many hats while delivering to an outcome
5 years of dental office experience with at least 3 years of dental office management
 
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Dentrix practice management software
Cross-trained to back office
Experience with general bookkeeping 
Experience with general HR management
P&L analysis
CE for dental office management
AADOM member
Bachelor’s Degree
 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Guaranteed $65,000 to $75,000 /year + potential $8k+ in incentives
