East of Chicago Pizza Company is a regional pizza restaurant chain and a neighborhood favorite in Piqua, Oh. We specialize in delicious pizza made with fresh ingredients and a signature made fresh daily dough. With over 70 locations across several states, we are committed to providing high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a General Manager at our Piqua, OH location. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. This is an on-site role, and you will be expected to be present at the restaurant during operating hours.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience in budgeting and financial management

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in the pizza or food industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
