About Us: Cascade Acupuncture Center is a thriving holistic health clinic nestled in the picturesque town of Hood River, Oregon.
Our mission is to provide compassionate care, promote wellness, and contribute to the best of health for our community through the ancient art of acupuncture and integrative medicine. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our team. As an integral part of our practice, you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. If you are dedicated, compassionate, and committed to holistic healing, we invite you to apply.
You will have office support that among other business needs will help prepare the rooms between each patient, assist with managing laundry and ordering supplies.
For those commuting over 40 miles one way we pay for a good portion of your commute and/or will pay for you to stay overnight in The Gorge.
Work life balance is important to us so we have 9 paid holidays and close the last week of December as a company paid week off to enjoy time with your family.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet each patient and listen to their health concerns and wellness goals.
- Follow all state regulations and guidelines, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including health history, lifestyle, and symptoms.
- Manage 12 – 15 patients per day.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles.
- Perform acupuncture treatments, cupping, and other modalities to promote balance and wellness.
- Educate patients on self-care practices, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Maintain a sterile work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license to practice acupuncture in Oregon.
- Proficient in TCM diagnosis, acupuncture techniques, and herbal medicine.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
- Credentialed with insurance payers in Oregon preferred but not required.
