CNC Machinist

Location: Fenton

Pay: $23-$27

Shift: 1st, 6am- 4:30pm M-TH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications
  • Familiarity with Haas, Mori Seiki, and Fanuc Controls to ensure smooth operation of machinery
  • Proficient in CNC "G code" programming, with the ability to make edits and adjustments as necessary
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to maintain quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Expertise in operating Haas, Mori Seiki, and Fanuc Controls
  • Strong understanding of CNC "G code" programming, with the ability to make edits and modifications
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
