Role
As a Machine Shop Operator (also known as CNC Lathe Operator, Precision Machinist), you'll be responsible for the set-up and operation of various types of machine shop equipment, including manual and CNC Engine Lathes, Bridgeports, and Grinders. You'll produce complex tools, fixtures, and diversified products in a safe and efficient manner, while also conducting documentation review, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, equipment set-up/operation, and component inspection.

- Proficient in GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, Manual Machining Skills, CAD/CAM Software, Blueprint Reading, Basic Computer Skills.
