Audiologist - Regional Manager

This family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist in the Louisville, KY area with a proven record of performance and leadership experience for a new Regional Manager role!

Job Details/Responsibilities:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours.
• Responsible for the growth of their office and regional team.
• 5 years' experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing preferred.
• 2 years' experience in leading/training clinical teams.
• Must have solid clinical skills and business acumen, who is well versed in the process of diagnostic testing, fitting and the sale of hearing aids.
• Opportunity to work in both a private practice setting and in the field to support clinic teams in the region.
• Strong support staff including a full staff of clinicians, marketing specialists, insurance specialists, an in-house telemarketing department.
