They are seeking a patient-focused Dentist to care for their patients in a family dentistry setting. Position Highlights:

• Pay consists of either a daily rate or percentage of collections (whatever is higher)
• Practice annual revenue: $2.2 million
• Active patients: 5,000
• 8 operatories
• Team Members:
• 1 Associate Dentist
• 4 Assistants
• 1 Hygienist
• 1 Hygiene Assistant
• 3 Front Office

Qualifications:

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School
• Preferably (not required) 2 years experience in a U.S Dental Practice or completed General Practice Residency
• Relevant State Dental License active in good standing
• Ability to be credentialed with insurances and governmental insurance programs.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in performing regular checkups and dental procedures
• Required skills include critical thinking, decision making, active listening, complex problem solving
• The ability to deliver a caring and supportive environment to patients
